    Didot Point

    In typography, a unit used predominantly in continental Europe to measure type. One Didot point equals 0.0148 inch; 6 Didot points equal 1 cicero. The Didot point is slightly larger than the point used in the English system, which equals 0.0138 inch. See Didot System and Point System.
