    Zinc Sulfide

    An inorganic material used as a white pigment in printing inks. Zinc sulfide (chemical formula ZnS) may also contain trace amounts of zinc oxide and other substances. It is an opaque white pigment which is chemically resistant to all substances except for acids. It also possesses high abrasion resistance. It is often used as an extender in many inks.
